The Rotary Air Cooler is a direct type of cooler where the cool air comes in direct contact with the hot product.  It cools the product by means of convection.  Cool air can be supplied by a chiller or fresh air, depending on the requirements.  The Rotary Air Cooler is simple to operate and very reliable.
